摘要：目的 对中医治疗小儿咳嗽的方法进行探讨分析。方法 选取2011年1月～2013年12月来自我院的100例小儿咳嗽患者进行治疗，分别使用中医治疗风热咳嗽、风寒咳嗽、阴虚咳嗽、痰热咳嗽、肺脾气虚咳嗽等症状的诊治。结果 100例小儿患者中，90例患者得到治愈，8例患者有所好转，2例患者治疗无效，总有效率为98%。结论 使用中医辨证治疗小儿咳嗽效果显著，在临床上能够广泛使用。
